Membership Application

I hereby indemnify TLNHW against any criminal or civil liability, and against any costs, claims, suits, losses, expenses and/or damages whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly from any breach of the Constitution and/or Code of Conduct, or from any intentional act, omission, or negligence on my part during the execution of patrolling duties and/or any other activities.

All criminal or civil actions instituted in relation to my conduct shall be brought against me and not against TLNHW.

Any damage or injury suffered by me, or to my property, while participating in any patrolling duties and/or other TLNHW activities, or while otherwise acting on behalf of TLNHW in any capacity, shall—subject to any claims I may have against third parties—be my sole and absolute responsibility.

I acknowledge and agree that TLNHW is under no obligation to carry any form of insurance whatsoever for my benefit or for the benefit of my family or dependents.

I further acknowledge that it is solely my responsibility to take whatever steps I deem necessary in relation to my own legal position and any potential liability, loss, damage and/or injury that I may suffer or incur as a result of my membership in TLNHW, including but not limited to obtaining personal, accident, medical, or vehicle insurance and assurances.

As a member of Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch, I hereby give permission to Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch to use the personal information that I make available to Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch and their volunteers to:
1. Provide the necessary information to Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch Committee and Team Leaders for administrative purposes.
2. Provide the necessary information for Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch to contact me from time to time.
3. Provide information to Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch committee and volunteers to enable them to perform their duties properly.
4. Use information to update administration, reports, registers, and statistics.
5. I agree to be added onto all Team Langebaan Neighbourhood Watch communication platforms, including telegram, WhatsApp, e-mails, etc.
